At Canvas Haven, we’re committed to getting your art to you safely and affordably. Here's how our local delivery and installation services work:

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

🚛 Delivery Options & Charges

📍 Within Nairobi (City Limits)

  • Without Installation: KES 350

  • With Installation: KES 500
    → Installations are only available on Saturdays and Sundays in the locations listed below.

🛠️ Free Installation Zones

Available only on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) in:
Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Karen, Kiambu Road

📦 Outside Nairobi (Nairobi Environs)

Includes areas such as Karen, Ruiru, Kitengela, Rongai, Kiserian, JKIA

  • Via Fargo Courier (No Installation): KES 500

🚐 Outside Nairobi (Other Counties in Kenya)

  • Via Fargo Courier: Price may vary

  • Via Shuttle Delivery (No Installation): KES 350

📝 We’ll coordinate with you after checkout to confirm the delivery method and tracking.

📬 Additional Notes

  • Installations are currently limited to canvas art only.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on delivery day.
